High-stakes medical deceptions, sinister threats, and forbidden passions are set to shake Genoa City to its core. According to The Young and the Restless spoilers for the next two weeks, spanning September 14 to September 25, 2026, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is taking a dangerous gamble with his own health to trap an unhinged enemy. Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) continues playing fire with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), blissfully unaware that her secret is teetering on the edge of total exposure.
Jack’s Dangerous Health Trickery and Patty’s Ominous Threat
During the week of September 14–18, Jack sets a daring trap by faking a full-blown medical collapse. After being rushed to the hospital, Jack remains convinced that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will fall for the bait, follow him to the medical center, and get busted red-handed.
However, catching the unpredictable villain will prove far harder than Jack anticipates, as spoilers suggest Patty might not get caught just yet.
Over with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), the unlikely duo puts their redemption plot into motion. Matt attempts to lure Patty back to his hotel room as part of the scheme. Yet, Patty may be crazy, but she certainly is not stupid, and she could quickly realize what is actually happening.
Instead of walking into their trap, Patty leaves an ominous, chilling message for Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) later in the week. Following her cryptic threat, it seems very possible that Patty will vanish into the shadows for a while.
Romantic Surprises Backfire and Secret Passions Heat Up
Elsewhere in Genoa City, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) tries to execute a sweet, romantic surprise for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Unfortunately, his thoughtful gesture ends up completely backfiring. In the aftermath of the romantic disaster, a disappointed Sally leans on Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) for emotional support.
On a lighter note, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) uses his charm to sweep Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) off her feet, deepening their growing spark.
Meanwhile, Kyle and Victoria engage in even more steamy passion. Although Victoria remains confident that she has the entire arrangement under control, it appears she may have already fallen deeply for the younger man.

While Billy fights to hold onto his relationship with Sally, many in town believe Chancellor means far more to him than any romance ever could. The sooner Sally realizes where Billy’s true priorities lie, the better off she may be.
Finally, the future remains entirely up in the air for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) as they navigate their own complex path forward.
