General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 29, reveal that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri will be the one to spread the news about Drew’s miraculous recovery to the family, but it isn’t an update the Quartermaines necessarily want to hear.
During a gathering with Ned Quartermaine, Olivia Quartermaine, and Danny Morgan, Gio drops the bombshell. While Tracy may be glad on some level that Drew is alive and well, she draws a hard line when it comes to her family home.
“Drew? On this property? Not happening!” Tracy snaps in the promo. She is making it crystal clear that a recovered Drew will not be stepping foot back onto the Quartermaine estate.
Drew’s Shocking Recovery Stuns General Hospital and Alexis
Meanwhile, Drew is making the rounds across Port Charles to ensure everyone knows he is back on his feet. His sudden reappearance leaves hospital staff utterly floored. Felicia Scorpio looks ecstatic to see him up and about, but Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin is completely stunned by his medical status.
“How is this possible?” Liz exclaims, baffled by his rapid turnaround.
Drew’s victory tour also takes him straight to Alexis Davis, throwing her off her game. There is a strong chance Drew visits Alexis to declare his intention to take charge of his daughter, letting her know that Scout Cain will be living with him moving forward.
