The last time viewers saw the notorious character on canvas was back in October 2024, when her son, Steven Lars (played by Scott Reeves), returned to Port Charles to escort his mother out of town. Mills originally stepped into the iconic shoes of Heather Webber in 2022, taking over the legendary mantle from Robin Mattson, who portrayed the villainess on and off from 1980 through 2016. Medical evaluations revealed that a faulty hip replacement had caused severe cobalt poisoning in her system, which was blamed for driving her extreme, insane behavior.
