General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Cain Seeks Vengeance After Locked-In Nightmare

Drew Cain Awakens from His Nightmare Ready for Revenge

Here’s my take: months of being trapped inside your own mind with zero voice and zero control is enough to push anyone to the absolute edge, and Drew Cain is officially at his breaking point. General Hospital spoilers reveal that Drew will be back to his old self in the next couple of days, fully poised to unleash a wave of bitter payback.

For months during his locked-in state, Drew remained completely aware of his surroundings. He was forced to suffer in silence—immobile and completely unable to speak his mind or defend himself. Now that he is finally breaking out of that trapped physical state, his top targets for retaliation would naturally be Willow Cain and Nina Reeves. After all, they are the ones responsible for the paralytic drug dosages and his shooting ordeal.

However, it looks like Willow and Nina may end up completely untouchable when it comes to direct revenge. Now that Valentin Cassadine has returned Jack Brennan’s black box, Willow is poised to gain access to crucial evidence. With that leverage in hand, she will have the perfect blackmail material to force Drew into remaining silent about his shooting and the paralytics.

Trapped Vengeance: Will Innocent Victims Pay the Price?

Because Drew has been stewing in anger for months without an outlet, being blocked from going after his true tormentors could cause him to explode in an entirely different direction. Since he cannot unleash his wrath on Willow and Nina without risking his own destruction, Drew may decide to turn his rage against people who don’t actually deserve it.

A major driver of Drew’s lingering anger stems from what he was forced to watch while helpless. Throughout his ordeal, Drew had to sit back and observe his daughter, Scout Cain, hanging out with people he explicitly did not want her around.

While Drew was likely fine with Scout spending time with Alexis Davis, he was deeply against her spending time with her brother, Danny Morgan. It was Alexis who actively fostered and advocated for the siblings to build a close relationship. Because Drew cannot punish Willow for approving those visits, viewers are wondering if he might choose to direct his fury at Alexis, Danny, Molly Lansing-Davis, and the rest of Scout’s extended family—including the entire Quartermaine clan.

Restraining Orders, Family Feuds, and Scout’s Reaction

The potential fallout raises serious questions about how far Drew is willing to go to assert control over his daughter’s life now that he is free. Will new restraining orders be issued against family members, or could something far worse be on the horizon? More importantly, how will Scout react when she sees her father turning on the very people who cared for her during his absence?

Scout is also set to bond with Rocco Falconeri this summer, introducing another wrinkle into Drew’s controlling mindset. Fans are left wondering whether Drew will demand that Rocco be banished from Scout’s life as well. Then again, given that Rocco and Danny are currently on the outs, it seems possible that Drew might actually approve of Scout hanging out with her pseudo-stepbrother.

As Drew navigates his blocked path to justice against Willow and Nina, the urge to lash out could tear his family apart. Will Drew truly punish Danny, the Davis women, and the Quartermaines just because he can’t touch the women who put him in that bed?
