General Hospital Spoilers: Carly and Hudson Become Shocking Allies in Scheme to Lure Josslyn
High Stakes and Seductive Schemes at the Quartermaine Estate
A furious territory war is erupting on the Quartermaine grounds, sparking intense interpersonal friction across Port Charles. On the Monday, August 17 episode of General Hospital, spoilers reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine will be thoroughly outraged upon learning that Willow Cain has officially moved back into the gatehouse—and Willow is wasting no time making her presence felt.
Upon discovering the new living arrangements, an incensed Brook Lynn attempts to put an immediate stop to it. In the episode preview, she is shown ordering Tracy Quartermaine to get Michael Corinthos in there right now and tell him this move is simply not happening.
Unfortunately for Brook Lynn, the decision is already sealed, leaving her virtually powerless to prevent Willow from staying on the family property.
Taking full advantage of her return to the estate, Willow’s very first order of business is to cozy right up to her ex-husband, Harrison Chase.
During Monday’s preview, the two end up together at the Quartermaine boathouse clad in bathing suits. In a sly tone, Willow suggests that her move back to the grounds might come with a silver lining after all.
It is clear that Willow is wasting zero time getting back into the saddle when it comes to seducing Chase, proving this dramatic storyline is far from over.
Unexpected Coalitions and Sibling Negotiations
Meanwhile, Carly Spencer is busy forging an unlikely new alliance across town. Spoilers imply that Carly will team up with Hudson Parker, who pays a visit to her place.
When Hudson firmly asserts during the preview that a situation is “a dead end” as far as he is concerned, Carly bluntly fires back that he has given the “wrong answer.”
This fiery exchange leaves viewers wondering if Carly has been secretly orchestrating the push to get Josslyn Jacks to step up as the new CEO of JJE all along.
Alternatively, Hudson may simply drop by before the two quickly hit it off. Either way, Hudson seems poised to become Carly’s new partner in crime as she works to lure Josslyn completely out of the WSB.
At the same time, Josslyn herself reaches out to Michael for some much-needed assistance. Desperately searching for a suitable candidate to take over JJE in her place, she turns to her brother given his reputation as a savvy businessman.
Michael readily agrees to lend his corporate expertise to the problem, but his help comes with a strict caveat: he will only assist if Josslyn does something in return for him. What exact price Michael will demand from his younger sister remains to be seen.
Romance on the Horizon and Deception Pushback
Rounding out Monday’s developments, sparks continue to build in other corners of Port Charles. Lucas Jones and Detective Joe Fitzpatrick share another meaningful bonding moment, continuing to grow closer as their connection deepens.
Elsewhere, Serena Baldwin prepares to push back firmly against surrounding pressure. Fans will have to tune in to discover if her sudden resistance is directly tied to Lucy Coe and their ongoing Deception scheme.
Will Brook Lynn find a way to shield Chase from Willow’s seductive maneuvers before it’s too late, or will Willow’s silver lining destroy the peace at the Quartermaine estate for good?
