The day kicks off with some father-son bonding time as Brady Black heads over to Tate Black’s gym. The workout session gives Brady and Tate a prime opportunity to talk through the agonizing situation surrounding Holly, especially since she has adamantly insisted all along that she did not suffer a relapse.
Relief is right around the corner. Xander believes he has officially cracked the case after remembering a crucial detail: he left Holly’s bag completely unattended.
Connecting the missing pieces, Xander tracks down Brady and Sarah Horton at the hospital to lay out his explosive theory. Xander manages to convince them both that EJ was the malicious culprit who planted the drugs in Holly’s bag to frame her.
Reconnections, Kicked-Out DiMeras, and Hospital Apologies
Over in Holly’s hospital room, romance and healing take center stage. Tate drops by to visit Holly, bringing along a thoughtful gift that puts a genuine smile back on her face. The sweet gesture allows Tate and Holly to patch things up and get their relationship firmly back on solid ground.
However, the peaceful atmosphere doesn’t last long. EJ strolls into Holly’s hospital room expecting a pleasant catch-up, but Sarah steps in and promptly kicks him out.
Once Sarah is left alone with Holly, she offers a sincere apology for doubting her story about the pills and wraps her in a warm hug. Holly is visibly relieved to know Sarah finally believes her side of the story.
Whether Sarah immediately divulges Xander’s suspicion regarding EJ or chooses to hold off until they gather more concrete evidence remains to be seen, but Holly’s vindication is well underway.
