Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gwen has mysteriously disappeared right as the official okay came through to buy Salem University Hospital. Multiple people are actively searching for Gwen, but so far she hasn’t turned up anywhere.
Gwen had initially vowed to buy the hospital after EJ DiMera blew his own control over the institution by using Versivex on Lexie Carver. Although EJ was supposed to give Gwen her fair share of the money generated from the drugs, he chose to cheat her out of her portion instead. Seeking justice, Gwen was ready to move forward with purchasing the hospital the moment she got the call that the deal was cleared—only to be kidnapped before she could complete the transaction.
While everyone naturally assumes EJ is the mastermind behind Gwen’s abduction, that may not actually be the case. It seems possible that Dimitri Von Leuschner could very well be the person behind her disappearance. Alternatively, Rita Lesley might be responsible instead, especially since Rita always seems to stay a step or two ahead of EJ on all things DiMera these days.

Gabi successfully proved that Vivian Alamain forged Stefan’s signature on the divorce papers, leading Theo Carver to approve her rightful share of Stefano DiMera’s vast estate. Initially, Gabi intended to use her windfall to help save Titan Industries. However, she abruptly backed away from pouring her money into Titan after coming to believe that either Xander Kiriakis or Philip Kiriakis is secretly behind the knockoff Gabi Chic purses that have suddenly flooded the market.
Now that Gabi has pulled her financial support from Titan, viewers are left wondering if she will pivot her fortune toward purchasing the hospital to strip control away from EJ once and for all.
