It will not take them very long to get their answer, as upcoming spoilers reveal the pair will soon be completely blown away by a massive shocker. Philip and Xander are going to discover exactly who paid off the debt, and the revelation is guaranteed to catch them off guard.

Meanwhile, health crises cast a somber shadow over the town square. Chanel Dupree DiMera is set to undergo her very first chemotherapy appointment. As the reality of the situation settles in, Lexie Carver will be right there to comfort a deeply anxious Abe Carver, who is undoubtedly worrying himself sick over both Chanel and Paulina Price.

On June 30, a familiar face returns to the canvas with a new look when Jacob Martinez makes his official debut as the Javi Hernandez recast. Upon arriving in Salem, Javi will immediately cross paths with his former flame, Leo Stark. As Brady carries out his stealth investigation, someone will be lurking in the shadows watching his every move. This mysterious observer could turn out to be EJ himself, or perhaps George O’Halloran, the specific DiMera employee responsible for burying the hazardous pills in the first place. Either way, EJ will find out exactly what Brady is up to and grow deeply concerned that the investigation is getting dangerously close to the truth.

To mitigate the threat, EJ will ultimately recruit Johnny DiMera for a specialized mission of his own. Pressuring Johnny to prove his ultimate loyalty to the DiMera dynasty, EJ sends him to rummage through Sarah Horton’s private medical office. It appears EJ will use the family name to force Johnny into assisting with the cover-up, since the stakes are far more complicated than Johnny currently realizes.

The duo is stubbornly continuing their deep dive into the mysterious chessboard and all its cryptic clues, which could lead them into treacherous territory. Elsewhere, passion ignites when Jada Hunter hits the sheets with Shawn Brady.
