Most long-time viewers are well aware that Jamey Giddens and Dan O’Connor recently took over writing duties as the CBS daytime drama’s new co-head writers following the exit of Josh Griffith. Alongside Giddens’ comments, screenshots shared from a leaked behind-the-scenes set video revealed key details regarding who will be attending the Abbott family celebration this year. The Abbott mansion is decorated beautifully for the holidays, setting the stage for significant family interactions and seasonal warmth.
Among the partygoers, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be bringing his new wife, Sally Spectra-Abbott (Courtney Hope), to the family gathering. Joining them for the festivities will be Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). Naturally, taking charge of hosting duties at the Abbott mansion are Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
The festive gathering will also extend to the next generation and extended family connections.
