Carly sternly warns her mystery companion that putting a certain idea into action would have been a massive mistake. It seems very possible Carly is speaking to Charlotte after intercepting her reckless setup. If Carly is indeed the person pulling Charlotte out of the vehicle and ushering her back upstairs to safety, her sharp rebuke is spot on—framing Drew with herself as the victim would never produce the results Charlotte hoped for.
Valentin Urges Willow to Become Indispensable to the WSB
Over at Willow Tait’s congressional office, Valentin Cassadine stops by to offer strategic guidance regarding the ongoing Nina Reeves crisis. Ric Lansing previously informed Willow that her mother was whisked away to Steinmauer in Switzerland—the exact same high-security facility where Valentin was once held.
Recognizing the gravity of the situation, Valentin advises Willow that it is time to step up her game. Rather than trying to cut off WSB funding through the appropriations committee, Valentin insists she needs to make herself completely indispensable to the superspy organization. He attempts to teach Willow that you catch more WSB flies with honey than vinegar, emphasizing that the agency won’t negotiate unless she offers them something valuable in return. Having successfully negotiated with Z in his own past, Valentin speaks from experience.
Britt’s Hostage Admission and Anna’s Chastisement of Jason
