General Hospital Spoilers: Is Hudson Parker Stalking Baby Phoebe?

A Shocking Remote Confrontation Leaves Brook Lynn on Edge

A unsettling threat seems to be looming over baby Phoebe Chase on General Hospital. Hudson Parker appears to be actively tracking the infant, raising major red flags for Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase. What was supposed to be a peaceful moment with her child turns into a tense, terrifying ordeal when Hudson suddenly materializes out of nowhere, catching Brook Lynn entirely off guard while she is completely isolated.

An Unsettling Encounter Far From Home

Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase had previously discussed taking baby Phoebe out to a lake retreat. In the preview footage for the Monday, August 24 episode, Brook Lynn is seen holding Phoebe in a densely wooded area while Hudson stands framed in an open doorway. While the location could potentially be the Quartermaine boathouse, Brook Lynn’s dialogue strongly hints that they are much further away from Port Charles.

Visibly uncomfortable and deeply shocked by his unexpected arrival, Brook Lynn directly confronts him, asking what on earth he is doing clear out there. Chase is nowhere in sight during the confrontation, leaving Brook Lynn to face the situation alone. Her internal instincts immediately fire off warning signals, telling her that Hudson did not travel “way out there” by mere coincidence. Brook Lynn had already noticed Hudson eyeing Phoebe intently during a previous visit to the Quartermaine mansion, fueling growing suspicions that he may share a secret blood connection with the baby.

Stolen DNA, Secret Schemes, and the Real Birth Father

While Hudson may not necessarily be Phoebe’s biological father, evidence suggests he knows who the true parent is and is acting directly on his behalf. It seems increasingly likely that Hudson’s presence in Port Charles involves motives that extend far beyond his business duties at Jax Enterprises.

The backstory surrounding Phoebe’s adoption is steeped in deception. When Ethan Lovett previously stole DNA from a PCPD cold case box, he knew the sample belonged to the baby’s actual birth father. Ethan used that stolen DNA to pretend to be the father so he could sign off on the necessary legal paperwork, facilitating a closed adoption to protect the child from her dangerous birth father—the very man Delilah Wilson had been desperately fleeing from.

Because Hudson had supposedly never set foot in Port Charles prior to his recent arrival, it stands to reason that the stolen PCPD DNA did not belong to him—unless he previously underwent extensive plastic surgery and adopted an entirely new identity that Ethan was aware of.

Adoption Challenges and Kidnapping Fears

Brook Lynn is left pondering whether Hudson is a biological relative, perhaps a long-lost brother of Delilah whom searchers failed to track down and who now wants to claim his niece. Alternatively, she may begin to suspect he is the birth father himself, back to reclaim what he gave up.

Even though Phoebe’s adoption paperwork is legally finalized, Brook Lynn faces the terrifying realization that Hudson could try to challenge the agreement after the fact. Worse still, his creeping behavior sparks fears that he is executing a covert agenda to kidnap baby Phoebe for the birth father or an influential grandparent lurking in the shadows.

As Brook Lynn stands face-to-face with Hudson in a secluded setting, her instincts are screaming that her daughter is in danger. Will Chase arrive in time to step between Hudson and his family, or will Hudson uncover the truth about Phoebe’s illegal adoption paperwork before Brook Lynn can get her baby back to safety?
