The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Discovers Matt’s Betrayal as Revenge Ignites

Billy Abbott and Adam Newman Head for an Explosive Showdown
Here’s my take: Genoa City is brewing with intense rivalries, hidden secrets, and bold moves over the next three weeks. The Young and the Restless spoilers from July 27 to August 14 hint that your favorite characters are taking charge, bringing plenty of soapy mayhem, high-stakes revenge, and a brand-new face to town.
The drama kicks off during the week of July 27–31, when Sally Spectra’s gift of Newman Media to Adam Newman and Chelsea Lawson triggers immediate backlash. Victoria Newman makes her negative opinion of the deal loud and clear to Billy Abbott.
Ideally, Sally should confide the true terms of the transaction to Billy, but does she dare? The underlying truth is that Adam secretly bought the company. Because Billy harbours a deep hatred for Adam, Sally knows disclosing the truth is a major gamble. Ultimately, the secrets and corporate maneuvering culminate in a massive confrontation between Billy and Adam—a clash that could change everything moving forward.
Romances Heat Up, Boundaries Are Drawn, and Victor Takes Aim
Elsewhere during the final week of July, Phyllis Summers takes a risky step by removing Matt Clark’s ankle monitor. While Victor Newman was the one who forced Matt to wear the tracking device—meaning Phyllis isn’t breaking the actual law—it remains a bold defiance of The Moustache.
As romance continues to heat up between Phyllis and Matt, Matt feels compelled to share news of his new relationship with his ex-wife, Sienna Bacall.
Meanwhile, romance is also brewing for former spouses Cane Ashby and Lily Winters. As they explore their revived connection, the pair find it necessary to establish clear boundaries. Nearby, Abby Winters seeks out a comforting ear, confiding in her ex-boyfriend, Daniel Romalotti Jr., about her ongoing struggles.
At the Newman ranch, Victor and Nikki Newman have plenty to discuss as her optic nerve continues to heal. As her sight recovers, viewers are wondering if the iconic duo is truly ready to restart their marriage.
August 3–7: Victor Discovers Matt’s Betrayal and the Hunt for Dr. Markham
Moving into the week of August 3–7, Victor uncovers the truth about Matt’s compromised tracking device. Matt had previously agreed to wear the ankle monitor as part of a formal business arrangement with Victor, so learning that the device isn’t working properly leaves The Moustache thoroughly displeased.
It seems to be only a matter of time before Matt realizes he has a giant target on his back when Victor confronts him and gives him a stern piece of his mind.
Simultaneously, time may finally be running out for Dr. Laurence Markham. The rogue doctor has been hiding out after kidnapping Diane Jenkins Abbott, but Diane and the rest of the Abbott family are actively closing in on his location. The big question remains: will Markham still be at his hideout when the Abbotts come calling, or will he manage to slip away once more?
August 10–14: Marie Kirkland Debuts and Mariah Prepares for Freedom
The week of August 10–14 brings a fresh dynamic to Genoa City with the arrival of a brand-new character. Marie Kirkland, played by Jade Harlow, makes her official debut on August 10. Spoilers reveal that Marie meets Nick Newman while in rehab, sparking speculation among fans as to whether a new romance could be on the horizon for Nick’s white knight persona. However, Marie is clearly running from a dark past that could follow her to town.
Finally, Mariah Copeland is counting down the remaining days until her release from the psychiatric facility.
Recognizing that Mariah has a long and difficult road ahead of her, Sharon Newman is determined to step up and help her daughter make good, healthy decisions. But will Sharon’s motherly support be enough to keep Mariah clean and honest once she returns to the real world?
With Billy and Adam at war, Victor hunting down Matt, a fugitive on the run, and new characters entering the fold, Genoa City is set for an action-packed three weeks. Which storyline are you most eager to watch unfold?
