Once upon a time, it belonged to Lulu Spencer and Dante Falconeri during their happier days as a couple. After Lulu tragically fell into a long-term coma, Dante rented the place to Maxie so she and her family would have a stable roof over their heads.
Now that Lulu has finally awakened and is building a life in a lovely new home of her own, she has no reason to trade places or reclaim her old residence. That leaves Dante’s rental property completely vacant once Maxie, Spinelli, and the kids pack up their bags and head Down Under. Could Valentin and Charlotte Take Over?

Lulu wanted her daughter in a proper home, plain and simple.
Lulu almost certainly never imagined that Valentin and Charlotte might end up living in the exact house where she once raised her family with Dante. Moving her ex and her daughter into her old stomping grounds might spark some initial discomfort or complicated feelings for Lulu. However, because Charlotte already feels comfortable in that familiar environment, Lulu could ultimately get on board with the idea of Valentin renting or buying the place to keep their daughter settled.
