On July 23, Anna extends an offer that Chase will undoubtedly find impossible to refuse. It appears Anna gives Chase the opportunity to test for detective once again, offering him a chance to put his embarrassing demotion in the rearview mirror.
While Chase has done his best to maintain a positive attitude—focusing on the bright side of an easier schedule for little Phoebe’s sake—there is no way he turns down Anna’s proposal to step back up.
