General Hospital Spoilers: Anna’s Shocking Nathan Theory Pushes Felicia to a Breaking Point

As Anna Devane desperately tries to prove that “Nathan West” is an impostor, Felicia Scorpio faces a heartbreaking possibility that could shatter her entire family.

Monday’s episode of General Hospital promises to deliver emotional turmoil, dangerous secrets, and life-altering decisions as several major storylines collide. At the center of the drama is Anna Devane, whose determination to expose the truth about “Nathan West” may force Felicia Scorpio to confront a devastating possibility she never wanted to consider.

Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos and Alexis Davis struggle to protect Danny Morgan, Ross Cullum’s deadly agenda escalates, and Molly Lansing-Davis finds herself reflecting on the complicated relationship between her parents.

Anna Refuses to Back Down About “Nathan”

After spending months confined to a psychiatric facility, Anna Devane has faced skepticism from nearly everyone around her. Yet despite her difficult circumstances, she remains convinced that one thing is absolutely true: the man everyone believes to be Nathan West is not Nathan at all.

Instead, Anna believes that Cassius Faison has assumed Nathan’s identity.

The theory sounds unbelievable on the surface. After all, the return of Nathan was already an emotional miracle for many people in Port Charles. Accepting that this “miracle” may actually be an elaborate deception would require reopening wounds that many family members have only just begun to heal.

That reality is precisely why Felicia Scorpio initially reacts with skepticism.

Felicia knows that Anna has endured severe psychological trauma during her time in the facility. She has witnessed her longtime friend’s struggles firsthand, making it understandable that she would question such an extraordinary claim.

However, there is one factor that may make Felicia hesitate before dismissing Anna outright: Anna increasingly appears to be returning to the sharp, intuitive investigator she has always been.

And Anna isn’t simply asking Felicia to believe her blindly.

Instead, she makes an emotional appeal centered on someone they both love deeply.

When Anna asks whether it isn’t worth investigating her theory “for his sake,” she is almost certainly referring to James West, who has embraced the returned “Nathan” as his father. If Anna’s suspicions are correct, then James could be facing a heartbreaking betrayal.

The question now becomes whether Felicia can ignore Anna’s warning—or whether concern for James will compel her to investigate further.

Emma Continues Searching for Answers

Anna’s family concerns don’t end with Felicia.

After sharing an emotional conversation with her grandmother during Friday’s episode, Emma Scorpio-Drake returns to Anna seeking additional answers on Monday.

Emma recently opened up about her relationship with Gio, describing how their bond has only grown stronger and reaffirming that she still views him as her Prince Charming. But spoilers indicate that her next conversation with Anna will take a more serious turn.

What exactly Emma wants to know remains unclear.

Likewise, it’s uncertain how much Anna will choose to reveal. However, given the growing uncertainty surrounding “Nathan,” any information Emma receives could potentially have significant consequences.

Whether Emma leaves with answers or even more questions remains to be seen.

Alexis and Sonny Try to Protect Danny

Elsewhere, Alexis Davis finds herself facing a problem that continues to spiral beyond anyone’s control.

She understands that Danny Morgan is struggling with Jason Morgan’s absence and the emotional toll it has taken on him. But Alexis also knows that Danny’s attempts to take matters into his own hands have become increasingly dangerous.

His latest effort—to infiltrate the WSB—resulted in his arrest and forced Alexis into the uncomfortable position of negotiating with Ross Cullum.

Now, Alexis turns to Sonny Corinthos for help.

During Monday’s preview, Sonny makes a troubling statement, insisting that he must ensure Danny never discovers something. However, if Sonny’s concern involves Rocco Falconeri’s role in shooting Cullum, that plan may already be impossible.

Danny already knows the truth.

That reality creates an even more dangerous situation because Danny no longer appears interested in being protected. Instead, he has increasingly taken on the role of protector himself.

After all, Danny recently intervened to save Charlotte Cassadine when a WSB agent attempted to abduct her on Cullum’s orders. As Danny becomes more deeply entangled in the growing conspiracy, Alexis and Sonny may discover that keeping him safe is no longer entirely within their control.

Cassius Delivers Critical Information to Cullum

Meanwhile, Cassius Faison continues to find himself trapped between survival and deception.

Although he has previously expressed a desire to escape the dangerous situation surrounding what some have called “Faison’s Final Project,” there are signs that he may have become more attached to his current life than he originally intended.

Or perhaps more accurately, attached to Nathan’s life.

Nevertheless, Cassius remains obligated to answer to Ross Cullum.

On Monday, he’ll update Cullum with potentially explosive information regarding Jenz Sidwell’s whereabouts. The lead reportedly originated from information shared by Laura Collins and Jordan Ashford, who believed they were speaking to the real Nathan.

If their information proves accurate, the consequences could be deadly.

Preview footage suggests that Cullum may want Sidwell eliminated entirely. Such a move could stem from Cullum’s apparent awareness that Sidwell would seek revenge after the death of his son, Marco.

Whether Cassius will follow through on whatever orders Cullum gives him remains an open question.

Molly Reflects on Alexis and Ric

At the same time, Molly Lansing-Davis finds herself wrestling with a very different kind of emotional conflict.

After learning that Alexis Davis and Ric Lansing have been working together to organize her book launch celebration, Molly was understandably surprised.

For years, her parents’ relationship has been defined by hostility and resentment. Although that bitterness has softened somewhat over time, seeing them cooperate remains unusual enough to raise questions.

As a result, Molly will open up to someone about her concerns.

While spoilers don’t confirm her confidant’s identity, Cody Bell appears to be a likely possibility. If so, Molly may find herself examining whether her parents’ evolving relationship represents simple cooperation—or something more complicated.

A Web of Secrets Continues to Grow

Monday’s General Hospital episode promises to deepen several of Port Charles’ biggest mysteries.

Anna fights to expose a possible impostor. Felicia faces a painful truth she may not want to accept. Sonny and Alexis struggle to protect Danny from dangers that continue to multiply. And Ross Cullum’s deadly agenda threatens to pull even more lives into the crossfire.

As loyalties shift and secrets grow more dangerous, one question hangs over everything: if Anna is right about “Nathan,” how many lives are about to be shattered forever?
